A downloadable game for Windows

Odinbit is a sandbox survival game set in a 1-bit world, inspired by retro game graphics and sandbox style games. In this game you can build your buildings, craft and mine materials to scrap blocks for building.

Explore new blocks

This game has a procedurally generated world, find ruins and stuff, break them down to research new blocks to build on, because when you don't have a block researched, you can't craft it or build structures from it.

This game is not actually made with Ebtinegine, pretty sure it is made with raylib.

Updated the list. Thanks,

Awesome demo! The controls feel really nice. The game has tons of room for growth and new features. Looking forward to seeing its growth. :)

Thank you very much. I'll do my best to make it more fun for you to play with each update.

Copied from my review:

Interesting little demo, starts up instantly and the binary is only 4MB, really lightweight!

Some things I noticed:

  • You can't hold down buttons to move
  • The movement itself actually feels nice and smooth
  • The game page (and the game itself) doesn't show the shortcut to access inventory, which is currently E
  • No indication on what block I'm currently holding
  • The ruins required to research blocks (by breaking them) are a bit hard to find

Also, it's a bit strange that you can get resources from any block visible on screen, but I guess it's just a design choice.

Well, in summary, it's a nice demo, but still early to say anything about it as a full game :)
